This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive sales growth and meet revenue targets for the Midwest region.
• Develop and implement territory strategies to discover new opportunities and increase market share.
• Establish and nurture relationships with radiation oncology departments, cancer centers, hospitals, and healthcare systems.
• Engage with clinical, operational, administrative, and executive-level stakeholders throughout the sales journey.
• Oversee strategic opportunities from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
• Ensure precise pipeline management, forecasting, CRM updates, and market intelligence.
• Represent the organization at industry meetings, customer events, conferences, and trade exhibitions.
• Collaborate with internal clinical, service, marketing, and leadership teams to enhance customer engagement and sales execution.
• Monitor competitive activities, customer requirements, and market trends within radiation oncology.
• Travel frequently within the Midwest territory, with occasional international travel as necessary.
• Demonstrated sales experience in radiation oncology, medical devices, capital equipment, healthcare technology, oncology, imaging, or related areas.
• Prior experience in radiation oncology is highly preferred.
• Experience selling to hospitals, cancer centers, healthcare systems, or Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs).
• Strong consultative sales skills with the capacity to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes.
• Ability to establish credibility with clinicians, administrators, executives, and procurement teams.
• Proficient in territory management, prospecting, forecasting, and closing techniques.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated individual with a competitive spirit and a passion for expanding a territory.
• Comfortable operating independently in a remote, field-based sales environment.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Midwest region.
