QuickBooks Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +14 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance accounting processes to optimize operations and boost efficiency

• Oversee system migrations to guarantee smooth implementation and long-term success

• Take charge of small-scale projects from start to finish with minimal supervision

• Interact directly with clients to grasp their requirements and provide customized solutions

• Offer practical training, troubleshooting, and optimization assistance

• Execute accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), reconciliations, and monthly closings with precision and consistency

• Perform file evaluations, uphold reconciliations, and support the month-end closing process

• Work collaboratively as a secondary project manager on larger projects

• Keep client records accurate and well-organized

• Plan and lead training sessions and ongoing client services

• Ensure effective written and verbal communication with clients and internal teams

• Achieve a 90% billable utilization rate

• Log billable and non-billable hours accurately in the CRM

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7 years of pertinent accounting or consulting experience

• In-depth understanding of accounting principles and best practices

• Extensive experience with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online

• Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Excel is preferred
