QuickBase Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain QuickBase applications, which encompass tables, pipelines, formulas, and REST API integrations.

• Create HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code pages within QuickBase for both internal tools and customer-facing portals.

• Construct and oversee Power BI dashboards featuring data models, DAX measures, and program reporting visuals.

• Manage and prioritize incoming development requests, independently resolving simpler issues while assisting in scoping and gathering requirements for more complex tasks.

• Collaborate with program teams to convert business needs into technical solutions, including CRM-style workflows and system enhancements.

• Assist with system integrations and data workflows, including APIs, SFTP feeds, and automation pipelines.

• Diagnose application and data-related issues, contributing to documentation and ongoing improvement across systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with QuickBase (or comparable low-code platforms) and a solid understanding of application architecture.

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end development tasks.

• Familiarity with Power BI and data visualization/reporting tools.

• Understanding of CRM systems and workflows, with the capability to build and enhance system processes.

• Exposure to full-stack development concepts, including APIs and integrations.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to manage tasks through a ticketing-based workflow.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, effectively engaging with both technical and non-technical teams.

• High attention to detail, thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Bonus: Experience in program management, energy efficiency initiatives, or enterprise system support.
