Quickbase Applications Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Design, construct, test, implement, and maintain internal applications, workflow automations, integrations, dashboards, and reporting solutions.

• Develop scalable tools that enhance business processes, boost operational efficiency, and minimize manual efforts.

• Convert business requirements into effective, sustainable technical solutions.

• Create and support solutions across platforms such as Salesforce, Quickbase, SharePoint, databases, and other business systems.

• Design API, platform-native, and file-based integrations among internal applications.

• Establish dependable data structures, queries, and reporting solutions to enhance business visibility and inform decision-making.

• Manage assigned features from development to release, including documentation, testing, and post-launch support.

• Diagnose production issues, pinpoint root causes, and suggest ongoing improvements.

• Collaborate with PMO, IT, vendors, and business leaders to provide solutions that align with business objectives.

• Adhere to established development, security, documentation, and change management protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in developing internal business applications, workflow automation, or enterprise software solutions.

• Ability to convert business requirements into scalable, user-friendly technical solutions.

• Proficient with relational databases, SQL, APIs, and system integrations.

• Familiarity with technologies such as C#/.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Salesforce, Quickbase, SharePoint, Power Platform, Azure, or comparable platforms.

• Knowledge of software development best practices, including version control, testing, documentation, and release management.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Capable of effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Collaborative mindset towards cross-team business process enhancement.

• Preferred: Experience with Salesforce, Quickbase, SharePoint, Power BI, BigQuery, or similar enterprise platforms.

• Preferred: Background in building workflow automation, internal tools, API integrations, or reporting solutions.

• Preferred: Experience supporting operations, engineering, manufacturing, construction, logistics, or project delivery organizations.

• Preferred: Familiarity with Agile methodologies, user stories, backlog management, and release planning.
