This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

• Serve as the financial guardian for property transformations.

• Create initial cost estimates and feasibility analyses for new potential properties and fit-out initiatives (CapEx).

• Oversee the tendering process for interior fit-out and renovation projects.

• Draft and manage agreements with vendors, primary contractors, and suppliers to ensure adherence and mitigate risks.

• Track project progress and expenditures, verify progress claims, manage Variation Orders (VOs), and compile final accounts upon project completion.

• Work alongside Design and Projects teams to pinpoint cost-saving measures while upholding Cove's design standards.

• Develop and sustain a database of trustworthy contractors and suppliers to ensure efficiency and quality for upcoming projects.

• A Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building Management, or Civil Engineering with a minimum of 2–4 years of relevant experience.

• Preference for experience in Interior Fit-out (ID), Hospitality, or Residential renovation projects over heavy civil infrastructure experience.

• Strong understanding of local construction contract forms (SIA/REDAS) and market rates for materials and labor in Singapore.

• Proficiency in MS Excel.

• Comfortable engaging with contractors and suppliers to drive cost efficiencies while maintaining positive working relationships.

• Capable of managing multiple small to medium-scale projects concurrently and adapting swiftly to changes in a fast-paced startup environment.
