• Execute trades for clients by optimizing for the best execution while minimizing market impact and exercising discretion.

• Develop and implement quantitative strategies that align with the trading goals of clients and capitalize on market opportunities.

• Analyze market trends and liquidity to guide proprietary and client-focused trading decisions.

• Continuously evaluate and manage trading risks in real-time for both the firm and its clients.

• Create algorithmic trading tools to automate processes and enhance trade execution.

• Employ statistical analysis to refine trading models and deliver market insights to clients.

• Ensure that all trading activities comply with regulatory standards and adhere to internal compliance policies.

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in a quantitative discipline with a solid understanding of trading algorithms.

• Demonstrated success in quantitative trading and client execution within cryptocurrency or comparable financial markets.

• Proficiency in low-level programming languages (C++, Rust) and awareness of blockchain technology.

• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to convey complex concepts to a varied audience.
