This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Support the Client Service team in the daily management of market research projects.
• Ensure that all assignments are completed successfully within the designated timeframe, budget, and according to project requirements.
• Take responsibility for coordinating activities with respondents, vendors, and clients.
• Oversee comprehensive project tasks, which include link setup, language requests, desk research, quality assurance checks, study invitation arrangements, sample deployment, exclusions management, invoicing, and cost reconciliation.
• Conduct pretest/pilot interviews for clients, ensuring they are carried out punctually.
• Identify and implement fieldwork strategies aimed at enhancing response rates while managing costs effectively.
• Monitor and manage partners involved in quantitative projects throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Provide support for daily project requirements, including administrative tasks and planning for fieldwork.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• Relevant coursework in market research or healthcare is preferred, though not mandatory.
• 0 – 1 year of experience in market research is required.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, with proven knowledge of English grammar rules.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and quick to learn new technologies/software.
• Basic math skills are essential, with the capability to calculate incidence rates, response rates, profit, etc.
• A genuine interest or prior experience/exposure in the healthcare sector.
• Demonstrate strong critical thinking skills and take initiative to enhance skills and proactively troubleshoot with the Project Manager, utilizing all available resources to ensure project success.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting to achieve study-specific and departmental goals.
• Self-motivated with the ability to (re)prioritize tasks throughout the workday.
• Excellent time management, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Willingness to work during UK hours.
