This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Perform regular audits of all team members to ensure that care is provided in line with Charlie Health's best practices.
• Oversee a team of approximately 150 Group Facilitators, which includes scheduling one-on-one meetings, leading group supervision and treatment team sessions, and addressing asynchronous communications.
• Work closely with partner departments such as Care Strategy and Care Delivery to enhance Charlie Health as a fantastic workplace and an even better place for care.
• Track team client satisfaction and audit scores, offering feedback to team members as necessary.
• Analyze group data to guide strategic decisions regarding team performance and group dynamics.
• Collaborate closely with the Clinician Experience team to guarantee that all Group Facilitators have access to exceptional training and educational resources from onboarding and throughout their careers at Charlie Health.
• Conduct weekly group sessions and ensure documentation is completed within 24 hours.
• Engage in regular leadership meetings and contribute to strategic decision-making processes.
• Uphold and exemplify professional ethics, including maintaining appropriate boundaries, confidentiality, and a steadfast commitment to best practices.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by Clinical Leadership.
• A Master’s degree in mental health or a related field is mandatory.
• Experience in managing Independent Contractors is essential.
• Proven ability to work with a diverse range of ages, including children, teens, young adults, and adult clients.
• Experience in delivering group treatment is required.
• Flexible scheduling is necessary to address client needs, with standard hours being Monday to Friday from 10:00 am MST to 7:00 pm MST, and occasional Saturday coverage.
• A reliable WIFI connection is required for client meetings.
• Familiarity with and willingness to utilize cloud-based communication tools—Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox—along with EMR and outcomes survey software on a daily basis is required.
• A licensed mental health professional is required.
• Experience in a variety of therapeutic modalities and confidence in integrating them into a relational treatment approach (DBT, CBT, TF-CBT, and MI) is necessary.
• Authorization to work in the United States and native or bilingual proficiency in English is required.
• Familiarity with and willingness to use cloud-based communication software—Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox, Salesforce—alongside EMR and survey software on a daily basis is essential.
• This position is not available to candidates residing in CA, NY, and CO at this time.
• Please be aware that team members living within 45 minutes of a Charlie Health office are expected to follow a hybrid work schedule.
