Quality & Standardization Director – Healthcare

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Provide technical and operational assistance to healthcare facilities.

• Conduct regulatory and operational assessments at healthcare sites.

• Analyze data and present documented recommended solutions.

• Implement both new and existing systems and technologies.

• Assist with new service mobilizations and the execution of Aramark programs and Absolute Success Elements.

• Review and create Standard Operating Procedures.

• Develop or adjust Preventive Maintenance text and frequencies for System Class Objects in Facility Fit Pro.

• Support the computerized maintenance management system, including its operation, upgrades, enhancements, and training.

• Evaluate and integrate new technologies into Aramark operations and maintenance programs.

• Develop agreements with preferred providers for healthcare equipment and services.

• Provide national support for Facility Fit Pro through the development, enhancement, and training of operations and maintenance modules.

• Assess operating program standards, measure performance, and recommend operational improvements.

• Document observations and recommendations through formal reports for clients and internal stakeholders.

• Build strong relationships with Aramark leaders and key stakeholders.

• Assist in the development, implementation, and facilitation of technical training for frontline managers and employees.

• Provide mobilization support and assist with other projects within the Healthcare Center of Excellence.

• Support surveys and sales presentations for potential new clients.

• Support client renewals and furnish benchmarking and analysis.

• Advocate for and implement approved technologies, handheld devices, programs, and processes.

• Ensure compliance with safety, operational, business conduct, and applicable regulatory requirements.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• At least 7 years of experience in facilities management services.

• Prior experience in healthcare support services is preferred.

• Strong strategic, analytical, and decision-making experience is preferred.

• Experience in driving outcomes, creating proformas, and conducting ROI analysis is preferred.

• Ability to travel up to 70%.

• Ability to comply with OSHA, EPA, and other local, state, and federal regulations.

• Proximity to a major airport is preferred.
