Quality Review Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accountable for effective communication and ensuring satisfaction of both internal and external clients.

• Assess the quality of client evaluations and annual valuations, as well as government forms and correction calculations.

• Offer technical support to MAP colleagues.

• Maintain active communication with colleagues and Directors.

• Work closely with the QR Team and Compliance Manager to pinpoint recurring errors.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in third-party administration.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial services operations setting.

• Experience with PensionPro and FTW is advantageous.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 360, SharePoint, Notebook, and PowerPoint is preferred.
