This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Accountable for effective communication and ensuring satisfaction of both internal and external clients.
β’ Assess the quality of client evaluations and annual valuations, as well as government forms and correction calculations.
β’ Offer technical support to MAP colleagues.
β’ Maintain active communication with colleagues and Directors.
β’ Work closely with the QR Team and Compliance Manager to pinpoint recurring errors.
β’ At least 3 years of experience in third-party administration.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial services operations setting.
β’ Experience with PensionPro and FTW is advantageous.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office 360, SharePoint, Notebook, and PowerPoint is preferred.
