Quality Review and Audit Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Lead the resolution of issues discovered during pharmaceutical audits or reviews of the Pharma Web Portal.

• Monitor the status of data deliverables and oversee contract terms to ensure proper data requests.

• Address troubleshooting queries and issues arising from pharmaceutical audits and the Pharma Web Portal.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with subject matter experts from Express Scripts and various internal departments.

• Develop data analytics and procure, verify, and organize electronic files and data.

• Engage in discussions on relevant issues with pharmaceutical manufacturers or their auditors while managing expectations.

• Act as the technical lead for the Pharma Web Portal and oversee routine pharmaceutical audits.

• Respond to information requests and provide continuous support to Client Audit and other subject matter experts.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements.

• Conduct systems analysis, SQL, and macro functions to enhance departmental efficiency.

• Assist with departmental workload requirements and special projects as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• Experience in supporting audits for pharmaceutical manufacturers, compliance reviews, or client audit activities.

• Proficient in reviewing and interpreting contract language while validating data requests against contractual obligations.

• Strong background in data analysis, including the collection, validation, and reconciliation of large datasets.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

• Experience in healthcare, PBM, pharmaceutical manufacturing, pharmacy, or managed care industries.

• Knowledge of Express Scripts systems and operations is preferred.

• Prior experience in collaborating with cross-functional departments to investigate and resolve issues using innovative solutions.

• Proven ability to meet multiple deadlines and manage a dynamic workload.

• Highly organized.

• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Detail-oriented.

• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

• If working remotely, must have cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
