This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Collaborate with pharmaceutical manufacturers, their auditors, management, and Express Scripts subject matter experts as a primary contact to address issues identified during the Pharma Audit process or Pharma Web Portal review.
• Act as the project leader and monitor the status of data deliverables.
• Oversee contract terms to ensure pharmaceutical manufacturers request the appropriate data.
• Aid in troubleshooting problems and inquiries arising from pharmaceutical audits and/or the Pharma Web Portal.
• Partner cross-functionally with Express Scripts subject matter experts to develop data analytics.
• Acquire necessary electronic files and data when required, ensuring all information is complete and legible.
• Provide data and ongoing assistance to Pharma Audit and Pharma Web Portal subject matter experts.
• Ensure that audit and portal issues are addressed and deadlines are adhered to.
• Engage in discussions regarding relevant issues with pharmaceutical manufacturers and/or their auditors, manage expectations, and navigate confidentiality constraints.
• Anticipate the needs of pharmaceutical manufacturers concerning audits or the Pharma Web Portal.
• Monitor status and serve as the technical leader for the Pharma Web Portal.
• Lead pharmaceutical audits during routine audit activities.
• Handle requests for information and provide continuous support for Client Audit and other subject matter experts.
• Assist with departmental workload requirements.
• Initiate process enhancements and conduct systems analysis, SQL, and Macro functions to boost efficiency.
• Complete special projects as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in supporting audits for pharmaceutical manufacturers, compliance reviews, or client audit activities.
• Proficiency in reviewing and interpreting contract language and validating data requests against contractual obligations.
• Strong data analysis skills, including the ability to gather, validate, and reconcile large datasets.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in the healthcare, PBM, pharmaceutical manufacturer, pharmacy, or managed care sectors.
• Familiarity with Express Scripts systems and operations is preferred.
• Previous experience collaborating with cross-functional departments to research and resolve issues using innovative solutions.
• Proven ability to meet multiple deadlines and manage a changing workload.
• Highly organized.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills.
• If working remotely, a reliable internet connection via cable broadband or fiber optic service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
