Aeroderivative Program Manager – Responsable de Programme Aérodérivatifs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Accountable for leading the strategic implementation of corrective measures across NPI, New Unit, I&C, and fleet deployment.

• Responsible for managing the Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) target for Aeroderivative related to assigned systemic product quality challenges.

• Create, execute, and advocate for essential programs aimed at minimizing COPQ.

• Propel enhancements in processes throughout NPI Value Streams.

• Facilitate NPI toll gate processes for both business and fleet advancements.

• Oversee I&C timelines and collaborate cross-functionally to streamline processes.

• Execute action plans for sustainable solutions to resolve product quality concerns.

• Design and direct repair and industrialization strategies for products.

• Lead customization, modification, and upgrade (CM&U) initiatives and develop new NPI enhancements.

• Collaborate with product line managers and product service engineering to initiate RAM programs addressing fleet challenges.

• Ensure the services operations team is predicting parts for critical service bulletins based on regional event forecasts.

• Leverage fleet event data to extract insights for improvements in product reliability and quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related business field.

• At least 5 years of experience in Gas Turbine Technology or a comparable industry.

• Minimum of 4 years in a leadership position within product line, engineering, services, or program/project management.
