This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Implement corporate health and quality of life projects and events.
• Recruit professionals for the execution of one-time or ad hoc events.
• Coordinate actions and events with clients, health insurance brokers, and contracted professionals through remote meeting platforms.
• Oversee events remotely alongside clients and partners.
• Prepare management reports pertaining to events.
• Manage all event-related information for the client portfolio and financial details, including payments to professionals, within the department's control spreadsheet.
• Assist in the creation of new products and processes for the department.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and partners of Vital Work.
• Execute administrative tasks linked to the events within your client portfolio.
• Collaborate with and support the team during events as necessary, and provide assistance to other departments when input or participation is required.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred, ideally in a health-related discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Comfortable utilizing remote meeting platforms (e.g., Google Meet, Microsoft Teams).
• Experience in managing corporate client relationships.
• Previous experience in corporate health and quality of life initiatives (including health insurance brokers and providers) is advantageous.
