Quality Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Supervise the qualification, performance assessment, and continuous oversight of fillers and suppliers.

• Spearhead quality readiness and supplier capability enhancement for LATAM markets.

• Manage risk-based evaluations and oversee changes related to product, process, supplier, and equipment.

• Ensure preparedness for quality issues by implementing established processes and defined escalation pathways.

• Analyze and apply regulatory requirements to uphold compliant quality systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Physical Sciences, or a related technical field is required.

• A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in quality engineering, manufacturing, or regulated consumer packaged goods environments.

• Professional proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is required.

• Proven experience in leading and developing technical Quality teams.
