This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary liaison for the client in all matters, including organizational communication, contract management, and resolution of disputes.

• Ensure that client expectations are consistently met, achieving a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Achieve internal and external performance metrics related to assigned contracts.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 7 years of relevant experience.

• A bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Willingness to travel between 15% and 60% of the time.
