Quality Improvement Advisor II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Montana, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Deliver client services to designated groups and organizations.

• Serve as the main contact for communication, contract assistance, service expectations, issue resolution, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate closely with health care providers and partners to enhance care delivery.

• Assist with quality data reporting, the adoption of health information technology, and performance under quality payment programs.

• Ensure that client expectations are fulfilled with a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Achieve internal and external metrics linked to assigned contracts.

• Represent Mountain Pacific at the regional level.

• Oversee project plans while balancing competing priorities.

• Utilize health care data to facilitate improvement initiatives.

• Work autonomously and collaboratively as a member of the Quality Improvement team.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least seven years of relevant experience in health care, quality improvement, provider engagement, or a related discipline.

• Comprehensive understanding of health care policy, quality reporting, performance enhancement, and provider support.

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

• Capacity to represent Mountain Pacific in a regional context.

• Proficiency in managing project plans and competing priorities.

• Ability to leverage health care data to drive improvements.

• Comfortable working both independently and as part of the Quality Improvement team.

• Preferred: Specialty certification and a bachelor's degree in healthcare, quality improvement, or a relevant field.

• Must reside in Montana or Washington.

• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 15%–60% of the time.
