Quality Data Analyst – Mid

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Provide regular updates (daily, weekly, etc.) on the status to the designated Team Leader and the BO Team through reports, statistics, and evidence of deliverables defined in collaboration with the Ford Team Leaders and the BO Team.

• Suggest reports, statistics to track, and the format for deliverable evidence.

• Coordinate proposals with the Ford Team Leaders and the BO Team, incorporating modifications as necessary.

• Review deliverables in advance.

• Ensure and present fully viable deliverables for Ford in accordance with the timeline and milestones.

• Develop invention disclosures as required.

• Follow up on version control methods.

• Provide a summary report to the BO Team at the end of the Purchase Order, including deliverables, timelines, achievements, and improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in the automotive sector and a basic understanding of vehicle architectures and components.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with a focus on Excel (pivot tables) and databases.

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

• Ability to prioritize a dynamic workload from various sources and collaborate with off-site teams.

• Over 2 years of experience as a Quality Data Analyst.

• Willingness to work and grow with Alten in an automotive environment.

• Flexibility to support the team with scheduling (e.g., attending meetings at 6:00 am if necessary).

• Problem-solving skills (e.g., root cause analysis).

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Fluent English (daily interaction with a supervisor in the U.S.).

• B1/B2 VISA (required).
