This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Conduct quality assurance on contracts, policy booklets, endorsements, and documents related to changes made by insurers.
β’ Ensure the accuracy of data before implementation and follow up on necessary corrections.
β’ Generate and verify market studies prior to sending them to the appropriate teams.
β’ Serve as the main point of contact for the Web-DAS software and source deductions (DAS), including data entry and verification.
β’ Review initial invoices and pinpoint any discrepancies in rates, benefits, or contributions.
β’ Assist the team with intricate files and contribute to ongoing process enhancements.
β’ At least 2 years of experience in group benefits (collective insurance).
β’ Strong comprehension of implementation and insurer change procedures.
β’ Excellent analytical abilities, experience in data validation, and quality control skills.
β’ Outstanding attention to detail, rigor, and accuracy in task execution.
β’ Advanced knowledge of Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
β’ Familiarity with Web-DAS is considered an asset.
β’ Self-motivated, well-organized, and possesses excellent communication skills.
