Quality Control Technician, Remote

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Conduct quality assurance on contracts, policy booklets, endorsements, and documents related to changes made by insurers.

• Ensure the accuracy of data before implementation and follow up on necessary corrections.

• Generate and verify market studies prior to sending them to the appropriate teams.

• Serve as the main point of contact for the Web-DAS software and source deductions (DAS), including data entry and verification.

• Review initial invoices and pinpoint any discrepancies in rates, benefits, or contributions.

• Assist the team with intricate files and contribute to ongoing process enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in group benefits (collective insurance).

• Strong comprehension of implementation and insurer change procedures.

• Excellent analytical abilities, experience in data validation, and quality control skills.

• Outstanding attention to detail, rigor, and accuracy in task execution.

• Advanced knowledge of Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.

• Familiarity with Web-DAS is considered an asset.

• Self-motivated, well-organized, and possesses excellent communication skills.
