Quality Control Specialist – Vietnamese

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Vietnam.

📋 Description

• Evaluate tasks completed by Trainers, which include the initial question, the associated image, and the provided golden answer.

• Independently assess the accuracy of the golden answer in relation to the image.

• Detect and flag answers that are incorrect, incomplete, ambiguous, or inconsistent.

• Offer clear and constructive feedback or corrections to uphold the overall quality of data.

• Monitor recurring error trends and communicate them to the project team.

• Ensure that the output from Trainers aligns with the project's quality standards prior to final approval.

• Refer unclear cases (such as illegible images or ambiguous questions) to the project team for clarification.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or strong proficiency in Vietnamese.

• A bachelor's degree is required.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.

• Competent visual observation and reading comprehension abilities.

• Capability to consistently and objectively apply guidelines and rubrics.

• Proficient written communication skills in English, particularly in providing feedback.

• Previous experience in quality assurance, quality control, editing, proofreading, data review, data annotation, or data labeling is advantageous.

• Dependable access to a computer and an internet connection.
