Quality Control Specialist, Turkish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Assess completed tasks submitted by Trainers, which include the original question, image, and the provided golden answer.

• Independently confirm the accuracy of the golden answer based on the image.

• Identify and flag responses that are incorrect, incomplete, ambiguous, or inconsistent.

• Offer clear and constructive feedback or corrections to uphold overall data quality.

• Monitor recurring error trends and report them to the project team.

• Ensure Trainer outputs align with the project's quality standards prior to final approval.

• Escalate any ambiguous cases (e.g., unclear images or questions) to the project team for resolution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or strong proficiency in Turkish.

• A Bachelor's degree is required.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a robust quality mindset.

• Strong visual observation and reading comprehension abilities.

• Capability to apply guidelines and rubrics consistently and impartially.

• Proficient written English communication skills, particularly for providing feedback.

• Previous experience in quality assurance, quality control, editing, proofreading, data review, data annotation, or data labeling is advantageous.

• Reliable access to a computer and an internet connection.
