Quality Control Specialist, Italian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Evaluate completed tasks submitted by Trainers, which includes the original question, corresponding image, and the provided golden answer.

• Independently assess the accuracy of the golden answer based on the image evidence.

• Detect and flag responses that are incorrect, incomplete, ambiguous, or inconsistent.

• Offer clear and constructive feedback or corrections to uphold overall data quality.

• Monitor recurring error trends and communicate them to the project team.

• Ensure that Trainer outputs satisfy the project's quality standards prior to final approval.

• Refer unclear cases (such as illegible images or ambiguous questions) to the project team for clarification.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or strong proficiency in Italian.

• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality.

• Good visual observation skills and reading comprehension abilities.

• Capability to consistently and objectively apply guidelines and rubrics.

• Strong written English communication skills, particularly for providing feedback.

• Previous experience in quality assurance, quality control, editing, proofreading, data review, data annotation, or data labeling is advantageous.

• Dependable access to a computer and an internet connection.
