Quality Control Specialist – Chinese

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Evaluate completed tasks submitted by Trainers, which include the original question, accompanying image, and the provided golden answer.

• Independently assess the accuracy of the golden answer in relation to the image.

• Identify and flag any incorrect, incomplete, ambiguous, or inconsistent answers.

• Provide clear and constructive feedback or corrections to uphold overall data quality.

• Monitor recurring error patterns and communicate them to the project team.

• Ensure that the output from Trainers meets the quality standards of the project prior to final approval.

• Escalate any unclear cases (e.g., illegible images or ambiguous questions) to the project team for resolution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or strong proficiency in Chinese.

• A bachelor's degree is required.

• Excellent attention to detail along with a strong quality-focused mindset.

• Good visual observation and reading comprehension skills.

• Ability to consistently and objectively apply guidelines and rubrics.

• Strong written communication skills in English, particularly for providing feedback.

• Previous experience in quality assurance, quality control, editing, proofreading, data review, data annotation, or data labeling is advantageous.

• Reliable access to a computer and internet connection.
