Quality Control Specialist – AI/ML, Korean

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.

📋 Description

• Assess completed Display Transcription assignments for precision and uniformity.

• Match the Display Transcription with the original lexical transcript and project specifications.

• Confirm the appropriate application of punctuation, capitalization, numbers, dates, times, currencies, abbreviations, and other text normalization standards.

• Ensure the original wording and meaning are maintained.

• Detect and rectify formatting or guideline-related discrepancies.

• Utilize reference audio as needed to clarify uncertain cases.

• Consistently implement project-specific quality benchmarks.

• Provide constructive feedback and highlight recurring issues as needed.

• Fulfill assigned quality control tasks within project deadlines and productivity objectives.

• Previous experience in transcription, proofreading, quality control, annotation, or linguistic projects is advantageous.
