📋 Description

• Develop, oversee, and enhance the quality control framework for the Neighborhood Captains initiative.

• Analyze captain outreach data in real-time, identifying and flagging any discrepancies in volume.

• Perform follow-up outreach to 5-10% of all reported voter interactions to confirm the accuracy of the engagements.

• Recruit and oversee a network of volunteers for precise quality reporting.

• Convert quality control insights into constructive feedback for Organizers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in data quality, compliance, research operations, or a related field that demands meticulous attention to detail and pattern recognition.

• Proficiency in utilizing data platforms, technology, and outreach tracking systems; capacity to recognize trends, anomalies, and areas of underperformance in reporting dashboards.

• Strong interpersonal abilities — you will need to conduct voter follow-up calls that feel friendly and authentic, rather than like audits.

• Discretion and sound judgment in escalating issues; capability to differentiate between genuine errors and intentional misconduct.

• Knowledge of community organizing, political campaigns, or relational outreach initiatives.
