This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Design, execute, and uphold the project Quality Management System (QMS).
• Guarantee adherence to contract specifications, quality benchmarks, policies, and procedures.
• Formulate and sustain the Quality Management Plan (QMP) along with supporting quality documentation.
• Assess contract performance using defined quality metrics and key performance indicators.
• Prepare and deliver necessary quality reports and performance documentation.
• Conduct internal audits, inspections, and quality assessments.
• Oversee corrective and preventive action programs, ensuring their implementation and effectiveness.
• Examine nonconformances, determine root causes, and suggest corrective measures.
• Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction metrics, identifying potential areas for enhancement.
• Coordinate quality-related efforts with project management, operational staff, and client representatives.
• Maintain records and documentation that support contract compliance and readiness for audits.
• Assist in customer audits, inspections, assessments, and performance evaluations.
• Supervise subcontractor quality performance and compliance when necessary.
• Offer quality-related guidance and training to project team members.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service delivery and operational efficiency.
• At least five (5) years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or quality management roles in support of government, defense, international, or large-scale service contracts.
• Proven experience in developing, implementing, and managing Quality Management Systems.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001-compliant quality programs.
• Experience in conducting audits, inspections, and managing corrective actions.
• Background in developing quality metrics, performance indicators, and reporting processes.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Capability to create technical reports, quality documentation, and process improvement plans.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management reporting tools.
• Willingness to travel across Poland and other designated customer locations as required.
