This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Design, implement, and sustain the project's Quality Management System (QMS).
• Ensure adherence to contract specifications, quality standards, policies, and procedures.
• Create and uphold the Quality Management Plan (QMP) along with associated quality documentation.
• Assess contract performance using established quality metrics and key performance indicators.
• Prepare and deliver necessary quality reports and performance documentation.
• Perform internal audits, inspections, and quality assessments.
• Oversee corrective and preventive action programs, confirming their implementation and effectiveness.
• Investigate nonconformances, determine root causes, and propose corrective measures.
• Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction metrics to identify areas for enhancement.
• Coordinate quality-related efforts with project management, operational staff, and customer representatives.
• Maintain records and documentation that support contract compliance and readiness for audits.
• Assist in customer audits, inspections, assessments, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee subcontractor quality performance and compliance when necessary.
• Offer quality-related guidance and training to project staff.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing service delivery and operational performance.
• At least five (5) years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or quality management roles related to government, defense, international, or large-scale service contracts.
• Proven experience in developing, implementing, and managing Quality Management Systems.
• Background in supporting ISO 9001-compliant quality programs.
• Experience in conducting audits, inspections, and managing corrective actions.
• Proficient in developing quality metrics, performance indicators, and reporting mechanisms.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to produce technical reports, quality documentation, and process improvement strategies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management reporting tools.
• Willingness to travel throughout Poland and other customer-designated locations as needed.
