Quality Control Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform quality assurance on all due diligence reports in accordance with relevant FCRA regulations, Client Guidelines, and internal Vcheck Global reporting standards.

• Identify, evaluate, and effectively summarize intricate legal documents such as liens, judgments, bankruptcies, criminal records, complaints, and other recorded materials.

• Conduct and assess research on social media profiles, negative news, and overall online presence.

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all protocols and reporting obligations.

• Deliver accurate and precise reviews along with high-quality outputs in a timely fashion.

• Liaise with the client relations team to ensure that deliverables and deadlines are realistic.

• Collaborate with external third-party firms for document retrieval, court runner services, and additional research as necessary.

• Inform investigators about reported errors and address all inquiries received.

• Provide assistance with process-related queries from various teams and departments.

• Support team workloads and aid in quality audits and projects as required.

• Carry out other duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Political Science, or International Studies.

• 0-4 years of relevant experience in Public Records and Due Diligence research.

• Familiarity with FCRA regulations.

• Knowledge of due diligence databases such as Lexis Nexis, Westlaw, CLEAR, and TLO.

• Basic understanding of various fulfillment processes.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Experience handling confidential and sensitive information (PII).

• Capability to interpret a range of instructions.

• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Slack, and Teams.

• Previous quality experience is preferred.

• Bilingual candidates are preferred.
