📋 Description

• You will play a crucial role in enhancing our software quality assurance lifecycle by working alongside development, manual QA, and DevOps teams to formulate test strategies and create automated tests that guarantee our releases uphold the highest standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of automation testing tools, frameworks, and processes to ensure user experience and data quality across all product lines.

• Collaborate closely with various teams to pinpoint areas that could benefit from automation and design appropriate software solutions.

• Propel the software quality assurance lifecycle within an Agile framework.

• Mentor and guide team members on best practices for automation development.

• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and practices.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and standards in automation and software development.

• Establish and oversee key automation metrics (e.g., ROI, flake rate, coverage by risk) while communicating test suite health and associated risks to cross-functional teams and engineering leadership.

• Qualifications:

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Proven technical expertise, showcasing a deep understanding of software architecture, data structures, and algorithms.

• Strong proficiency and hands-on experience with Typescript and Python are essential, as these are the primary languages employed across our product lines, including experience with NodeJS.

• Demonstrated capability to effectively utilize Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI tools to enhance automation strategies and improve test efficiency.

• Essential deep expertise in Playwright (TypeScript), with significant hands-on experience in framework architecture and debugging.

• Extensive experience with API testing (REST/GraphQL) to validate comprehensive data and service integration.

• Understanding of CI/CD and continuous automation pipelines (GitHub Action).

• Familiarity with version control, defect tracking, and test management tools (GIT, JIRA, Qase).

• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.

• Familiarity with load/stress testing frameworks and methodologies.

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

• Bonus: data analysis skills.
