Quality Assurance Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Create a comprehensive end-to-end test plan that encompasses Unit, Functional, Regression, Performance, Security, and Cross-Device testing.

• Ensure adherence to WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards and implement secure authentication protocols.

• Develop a validation strategy for migrating data from legacy systems to a scalable cloud infrastructure.

• Set up an automated testing pipeline that is integrated into the CI/CD workflow.

• Direct testing efforts across iOS, Android, and Web platforms for an optimal feed-first guest experience.

• Validate API integrations between the core platform and external services, including Payment Gateways, PIM, DAM, and Analytics.

• Conduct stress tests during high-traffic events such as Drops and promotional campaigns.

• Oversee User Acceptance Testing in collaboration with VR stakeholders.

• Deliver comprehensive test logs and Test Certificates to facilitate milestone approvals.

• Draft the QA strategy and independently execute test cases until team expansion occurs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience leading QA initiatives for large-scale B2C platforms (Mobile + Web).

• Practical experience in test automation utilizing Playwright (TypeScript) and Postman.

• Extensive knowledge of geo-targeting, mobile application behavior, and cross-device fragmentation.

• Proficient in REST API testing and validating third-party integrations with Postman/SoapUI.

• Hands-on experience in testing for compliance with WCAG 2.2 AA standards.

• Familiarity with load testing tools such as JMeter or Gatling.

• Experience in building automated test suites as part of a CI/CD pipeline.

• Knowledge of testing OAuth/OpenID Connect and identifying common vulnerabilities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in Jira.

• Full-time availability with overlapping hours from 14:00–18:00 for collaboration with a client based in the USA.

• Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) or PIM systems is a plus.

• Background in the Luxury Retail or E-commerce sectors is advantageous.

• Familiarity with cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure) and auto-scaling validation is a bonus.

• Practical experience in testing AI-driven solutions using Python is a plus.
