📋 Description

• Engages in the daily oversight and support of the Quality Assurance output through report generation, analytical insights, and ongoing feedback.

• Collaborates directly with Quality Assurance (QA) management and analysts, offering input and guidance on defect scope and the overall impact of QA data.

• Works in partnership with Operations management to deliver additional analytical insights.

• Effectively operates within cross-functional teams, promoting a cooperative and inclusive atmosphere to accomplish shared objectives.

• Demonstrates the capability to swiftly adjust to shifting priorities and workflows, remaining adaptable and eager to acquire new skills and processes to meet changing demands.

• Employs sound judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to make timely and informed decisions.

• Maintains a strong emphasis on achieving key outcomes and organizational goals, ensuring tasks are performed efficiently and with high quality.

• Communicates clearly and effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, both verbally and in writing, while nurturing positive working relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience; a bachelor's degree is advantageous.

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced customer service setting, with a preference for previous solution-based experience; industry knowledge is beneficial.

• Collaborates with management and analysts to ensure successful assignment and follow-through on critical QA sprints.

• Develops and maintains databases and spreadsheet files to track and analyze QA output.

• Gathers and analyzes materials to generate reports for management.

• Conducts data quality assurance checks to guarantee proper documentation of sprints.

• Assists QA management, analysts, and Operations management by creating and sustaining targeted and comprehensive QA reporting.

• Works with associates to identify and troubleshoot systems issues, capturing requirements for future enhancements.

• Provides guidance and support to staff, addressing inquiries related to systems and processes.

• Oversees and engages in departmental projects, offering leadership and subject matter expertise.
