Quality and Safety Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct various facets of the organization’s quality management initiatives.

• Spearhead the assessment of ongoing improvements in safety program operations.

• Manage designated elements related to regulatory compliance and accreditation preparedness.

• Act as a principal advisor and collaborator across client quality teams.

• Formulate, assess, and uphold clinical therapy protocols.

• Direct aspects of the event escalation procedure.

• Create, oversee, and assess clinical competency programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor of Science or PharmD from a recognized college of pharmacy.

• A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in specialty and/or infusion pharmacy.

• At least 1 year of leadership experience in supporting quality program initiatives.

• Proven experience in leading or assisting with accreditation preparedness.

• Preferred: Board Certification (BPS certification).

• Active and unrestricted pharmacist license (RPh) in at least one state.
