Quality and Risk Management – Online Facilitation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Provide subject matter expertise to a cohort of 30-35 undergraduate online learners.

• Assist students in developing skills such as academic writing, research methodologies, and effective time management.

• Offer guidance on appropriate reference materials.

• Facilitate a 2-hour session on Mondays or Tuesdays.

• Evaluate assessments and provide comprehensive feedback.

• Oversee and manage discussion forums.

• Deliver proactive, timely, and personalized support for student inquiries and challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Doctoral Degree in a relevant discipline with honors or first-class standing from a prestigious university in India.

• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in pertinent subjects at a recognized university or college.

• At least 5 years of corporate experience, with a preference for knowledge and experience in Project Management (e.g., PMP Certification).

• An empathetic, ambitious, warm, and extroverted personality, eager to engage with individuals from various cultural backgrounds.

• Proficient in English, with outstanding oral and written communication skills.

• Must have a functioning laptop and stable high-speed internet access (greater than 10 MBPS).

• Capability to swiftly learn and utilize technology platforms for student engagement.
