Quality and Process Manager – m/f/d

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will design the comprehensive process landscape for the company and play a key role in establishing a process-oriented governance structure.

• Your work will involve close collaboration with both central and decentralized stakeholders, including executives up to the board level.

• You will enhance the end-to-end perspective of workflows and convert it into well-defined, binding standards.

• You will model and maintain processes utilizing process management software in accordance with BPMN 2.0, ensuring consistency and practical applicability.

• You will set KPIs and monitoring systems to ensure transparency regarding effectiveness and to identify areas for optimization.

• You will actively support the development of a practical quality framework that integrates standards, documentation, and effectiveness verification.

• You will confidently lead workshops and empower process owners and stakeholders to effectively utilize the models in their daily operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed university degree (Master or Diplom) in Economics, (Business) Informatics, (Industrial) Engineering, or equivalent knowledge and skills gained through extensive professional experience.

• Significant practical experience in process and/or quality management.

• Proficient German language skills (minimum C1 level).

• Strong expertise in BPMN 2.0 with experience in modeling end-to-end processes.

• Ideally, experience in constructing an ISO-oriented quality framework within larger organizations or public entities.

• Skills in facilitation and consulting, accompanied by clear and assertive communication abilities.
