Qualitative Project Manager – EU Hours

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Oversee qualitative projects throughout the entire project life cycle, encompassing all elements of managing clients, partners, and healthcare professional samples.

• Management of quantitative projects may also be required.

• Facilitate the screening, scheduling, and confirmation of respondents for TDIs, focus groups, in-person IDIs, online qualitative interviews, and more.

• Set up and test surveys/screeners, monitor statistics, manage respondent honoraria, and handle the closing, auditing, and invoicing of projects.

• Coordinate and lead kickoff meetings for all assigned studies.

• Provide regular updates and progress reports regarding recruitment status.

• Proactively identify potential fielding issues and address them accordingly.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.

• 2-3 years of experience in market research project management, ideally within the healthcare sector.

• Experience with qualitative methodology is preferred.

• Outstanding time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Experience in quantitative project management is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
