Qualitative Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee qualitative projects throughout the complete project life cycle.

• Facilitate the screening, scheduling, and confirmation of participants for TDIs, focus groups, in-person IDIs, online qualitative interviews, and more.

• Set up and test surveys/screeners while monitoring statistics.

• Organize and lead project kickoff meetings for all assigned studies.

• Deliver regular updates and progress reports on recruitment status.

• Identify potential fielding issues proactively.

• Manage study profitability by tracking and accounting for all project expenses.

• Offer guidance and mentorship to members of the Market Research Project Management team as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in market research project management, ideally within the healthcare sector.

• Experience with qualitative methodologies is preferred.

• Outstanding time management, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
