Qualitative Project Assistant, German Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Oversee qualitative projects and support the Project Manager in delivering outcomes that meet client expectations.

• Collaborate with respondents, vendors, freelancers, and translation agencies.

• Ensure the quality of deliverables prior to submission to the client.

• Recruit respondents in the local language from panels and through independent sourcing.

• Contact, confirm, and rescreen respondents who took part in an online screener.

• Complete internal and client recruitment update spreadsheets.

• Manage and oversee vendors assigned to qualitative projects.

• Review vendor deliverables for quality assurance.

• Negotiate costs with vendors and freelancers while overseeing progress throughout the project lifecycle.

• Foster and nurture relationships with freelancers and vendors on behalf of M3 Global Research.

• Serve as a liaison with clients on behalf of Project Managers when necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or relevant work experience is preferred.

• Experience in market research is preferred, especially in the medical or healthcare sectors.

• Must possess business fluency in both German and English.

• Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail are essential.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Ability to prioritize and adjust priorities throughout the day.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.

• Quick to learn new technologies and software.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Competence in managing multiple research projects accurately and punctually in a fast-paced environment.

• CV must be submitted in English.

• Must confirm registration or willingness to register with the state or national tax department as a self-employed contractor/freelancer, or establish a personal limited company to join as a contractor.
