Qualitative Project Assistant, German Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee qualitative projects and support the Project Manager in fulfilling client requirements.

• Collaborate with respondents, vendors, freelancers, and translation agencies.

• Ensure the quality of deliverables before they are submitted to the client.

• Recruit respondents in the local language, utilizing panels and free-finding methods.

• Contact, confirm, and re-screen respondents who took part in an online screener.

• Complete internal and client recruitment update spreadsheets.

• Manage and supervise vendors assigned to qualitative projects.

• Review vendor deliverables for quality assurance.

• Negotiate pricing with vendors and freelancers.

• Oversee vendor and freelancer progress during the project lifecycle.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with freelancers and vendors on behalf of M3 Global Research.

• Communicate with clients on behalf of Project Managers as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.

• Previous experience in market research is desirable, particularly within the medical/healthcare sector.

• Proficient in both German and English.

• Exceptional time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.

• Ability to prioritize and adjust priorities throughout the day.

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.

• Quick to adapt to new technologies and software.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Capable of managing multiple research projects accurately and on time in a fast-paced environment.

• Must verify registration with the state or national tax authorities as a self-employed contractor or freelancer, or the establishment of a personal limited company.
