This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as the main point of contact for inquiries related to the platform, providing support and facilitating ongoing enhancements.
• Set up and manage workflows, transaction stages, and document templates to meet business requirements and adhere to regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine processes, enhance operations, and boost user engagement.
• Assist end users by diagnosing issues, providing training, and developing comprehensive documentation (guides, runbooks, and resources).
• Manage user roles, permissions, and data security to safeguard sensitive information.
• Work with cross-functional teams to pinpoint system limitations and propose scalable solutions.
• A minimum of 3 years of practical experience as a system administrator or power user within a real estate closing or title/escrow platform.
• Strong technical skills with the capability to comprehend data structures and design intricate workflows.
• Proven experience in configuring software platforms, including managing permissions, templates, and integrations.
• Exceptional communication abilities, capable of conveying technical concepts to varied audiences.
• A detail-focused approach emphasizing compliance, accuracy, and ongoing improvement.
• Experience in supporting software integrations or system implementations.
• A background in training or assisting end users in a regulated environment.
