This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Collaborates with Principal Investigators and Department Administrators to create grant proposals.
• Manages and organizes research grant proposals, awards, and financial transactions.
• Supports the preparation of budgets, justifications, and materials necessary for financial reporting.
• Evaluates proposals to ensure compliance with sponsor and organizational standards.
• An Associate's Degree in Financial Management is required, or an Associate's Degree in a Related Field of Study, or a Bachelor's Degree in Financial Management is preferred.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in research administration is required.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, accounting, and various other computer applications.
• Strong understanding of funding guidelines and policies from research agencies, sponsors, and organizations.
