This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serving as a virtual team member and the primary operational contact for advisors’ offices, offering task ownership, support, and coordination with other Commonwealth departments.
• Partnering with various internal operational teams throughout the firm to investigate and resolve intricate issues.
• Overseeing client data within Commonwealth’s CRM platform to generate and distribute reports, prepare for client meetings and calls, and develop procedure workflows.
• Processing money movement requests and collaborating with partner departments to address any arising issues.
• Keeping track of alerts and advisor action items while proactively working together on responses to urgent requests.
• Fostering relationships by consistently delivering the highest quality of customer service.
• Working with Sponsor Companies to research and acquire necessary documents.
• Utilizing our account opening platform to create and update accounts, prepare documentation, and send DocuSign documents to clients.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a financial advisory firm is preferred; other relevant experience will be taken into account.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, along with a solid understanding of CRM applications.
