This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct quality inspections on components from manufacturing and direct-ship vendors prior to installation.
• Examine installations to ensure they are completed correctly and professionally.
• Offer constructive feedback to management and site supervisors.
• Alert sites to potential problems to minimize punch-list items following Commissioning and Go Live.
• Educate site teams through practical, hands-on training.
• Inspect sorter components before installation and confirm that all necessary components are available on site.
• Verify that electrical devices and cables are accurate, labeled, and properly installed.
• Diagnose installation and commissioning challenges and propose effective solutions.
• Deliver comprehensive status reports to the QSR Manager.
• Maintain a rapid-response team for assessing damages following major incidents.
• Mobilize swiftly for emergency repairs.
• Support projects when extraordinary circumstances jeopardize completion timelines.
• Capability to read and interpret installation manuals and related documentation.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken forms.
• Detail-oriented with a dedication to excellence and continuous improvement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Self-driven and able to operate with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Previous supervisory experience in the conveyor or material handling sector is preferred.
• 3–5+ years of experience in conveyor and/or material handling installation is preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Bilingual in Spanish is advantageous.
• Valid driver’s license and capability to rent a vehicle without a co-renter.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle for most travel needs.
• Required to have personal hand tools for use at job sites.
• Must be able to frequently walk, kneel, crouch, and maintain balance.
• Ability to frequently climb ladders, stairs, ramps, and similar structures.
• Capability to occasionally lift, push, or pull weights of up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended or intermittent periods.
• Comfortable working in environments with noise, moving mechanical parts, electrical power, control systems, and at heights.
• Personal Protective Equipment is mandatory at active job sites.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% to various job site locations.
• Base hourly wage ranging from $20.96 to $31.39.
