Qlik Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, create, and uphold Qlik dashboards, visualizations, and data models that adhere to federal reporting standards.

• Construct and enhance data ingestion pipelines.

• Work collaboratively with functional subject matter experts (SMEs) and Oracle EBS teams to analyze financial, procurement, and workforce data frameworks.

• Convert business needs into technical specifications that comply with federal data regulations.

• Apply best practices for data modeling, ETL logic, performance optimization, and dashboard usability.

• Assist with validations, user acceptance testing (UAT) cycles, and production deployments in government cloud settings.

• Maintain documentation for data flows, dashboards, and source-to-target mappings.

• Ensure compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) security policies, data governance requirements, and change control procedures.

• Provide business intelligence and data analytics support for a federal client utilizing Oracle EBS data via the Advana platform.

• Convert intricate financial datasets into actionable insights and contemporary Qlik dashboards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, along with seven years of experience in Oracle ERP implementation and maintenance.

• Over 5 years of relevant experience, including hands-on development with Qlik Sense or Qlik View.

• Expertise in connecting to and modeling data from Oracle EBS, preferably with Federal Financials modules (GL, AP, PO, Projects, etc.).

• Strong SQL capabilities, ideally with Oracle SQL.

• Basic understanding of ETL concepts.

• Experience in creating data visualizations based on ERP transactional and analytical data models.

• Familiarity with government cloud environments and secure development protocols.

• Vendor certifications in one or more technologies, such as Qlik Sense, Qlik View, or Lumira.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

• Eligible to undergo an IT-2 background investigation.

• Knowledge of Advana Operational Reporting or the structure of the Advana Data Mart.

• Familiarity with Python, R, or other scripting languages for data transformation.

• Familiarity with Databricks ML and AI tools/workflows.

• Experience with Agile/SAFE methodologies.
