This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.
• Manages overall project document control needs.
• Supervises the creation and upkeep of the project document system.
• Capable of interpreting project specifications, submittals, and construction drawings.
• Organizes, maintains, and manages the project Quality and Commissioning document filing system.
• Facilitates the exchange of documents among project Preconstruction Managers, engineering, Quality and Commissioning, field construction teams, and other departments.
• Upholds document control standards, including version management.
• Carries out clerical typing tasks to create/update documents as needed.
• Aids in generating process documentation with the support of process and site subject matter experts.
• Possession of a high school diploma or GED, or an Associate's Degree.
• A minimum of three to five years of administrative experience.
• Five years of administrative experience or three years of field experience in construction trades.
