QA/Analytical Development Subject Matter Expert – AI Model Evaluation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess AI-generated pharmaceutical content for scientific, technical, and regulatory accuracy, thoroughness, consistency, and compliance.

• Examine information pertinent to quality systems, manufacturing processes, validation, submissions, development, and compliance activities.

• Evaluate whether AI-generated conclusions are grounded in scientific principles, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.

• Detect unsupported claims, technical inaccuracies, missing context, and flawed reasoning.

• Refer to FDA requirements, GMP regulations, ICH guidelines, and established pharmaceutical industry practices.

• Provide expert feedback, clarify findings, and suggest technically accurate corrections.

• Implement project-specific evaluation criteria, scoring guidelines, and quality standards.

• Conduct independent evaluations on designated online platforms within established project timelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 4 years of professional experience in Quality Control, Analytical Development, Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Testing, or related laboratory roles.

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Life Sciences, or a related field.

• Experience supporting pharmaceutical laboratory operations in regulated environments.

• Proficiency in analytical method development, validation, transfer, or routine testing activities.

• Familiarity with HPLC, UPLC, GC, LC-MS, UV, dissolution systems, or similar technologies.

• Knowledge of OOS, OOT, deviations, and root cause analysis.

• Understanding of FDA regulations, GMP requirements, and pertinent ICH guidelines.

• Experience in reviewing scientific and manufacturing documentation.

• Ability to critically assess technical and regulatory information.

• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent written communication skills in English.

• Capacity to work independently and adhere to detailed review instructions.

• Comfortable operating within a task-based freelance engagement model.

• Experience in AI model evaluation is advantageous but not mandatory.
