This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and establish testing objectives.
• Create and document test plans, strategies, and exit criteria that align with Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices.
• Conduct manual testing for new features, functional flows, regression cases, exploratory scenarios, workflows, integrations, and edge cases.
• Design, construct, and uphold automation frameworks for web and mobile applications.
• Develop reusable automated scripts for functional and end-to-end testing.
• Incorporate automated tests within CI/CD pipelines.
• Execute compatibility testing across different browsers, operating systems, and devices.
• Design and implement performance, scalability, and stress tests for systems with high traffic.
• Monitor response times, throughput, and system behavior under substantial load; analyze bottlenecks and suggest optimizations.
• Utilize AI-driven tools for generating test cases, performing visual regression testing, and identifying defects intelligently.
• Identify, document, track, troubleshoot, and resolve defects in collaboration with development teams.
• Maintain test plans, test cases, execution reports, metrics, and quality documentation.
• Provide updates to stakeholders regarding system quality and testing progress.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 4–6 years of experience in a Software Quality Assurance role.
• Strong grasp of software QA methodologies, manual testing standards, automation testing standards, and testing tools.
• Practical experience in manual and automated testing of workflows and UI components.
• Proficiency in Selenium, TestNG, Playwright, Cypress, or other similar automation frameworks.
• Expertise in cross-browser testing tools like BrowserStack, LambdaTest, Sauce Labs, or similar.
• Advanced knowledge of performance and stress testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, k6, or equivalent.
• Experience utilizing Postman, Rest Assured, or Karate for API testing.
• Proficient with Jira, TestRail, or other test management tools.
• Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure Pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with AI-enhanced testing tools such as Testim, Tricentis Tosca, Katalon AI, Applitools, Mabl, or similar.
• Knowledge of AI-driven methods for predictive testing, defect prioritization, and anomaly detection.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in Agile work environments.
• Experience in regression, exploratory, and smoke/sanity testing.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java is advantageous.
• ISTQB Foundation or Advanced certification, Certified Selenium Professional, Appium Certification, or equivalent qualifications are preferred.
• Knowledge of testing machine-learning models or data-driven AI applications is a plus.
• Experience with testing APIs and services hosted on AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred.
