QA Engineer – Manual, Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.

📋 Description

• Perform functional testing and verification of power measurement devices.

• Ensure the quality and reliability of products.

• Create, develop, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and documentation related to testing.

• Analyze test outcomes and identify any defects.

• Record findings and assist in the investigation and resolution of issues.

• Construct, configure, and sustain testing environments, laboratory equipment, and infrastructure for testing.

• Collaborate with hardware and software development teams throughout the entire product development lifecycle.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of testing processes, methodologies, and quality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of practical experience in product testing, verification, or quality assurance.

• Strong hands-on knowledge of TCP/IP and Modbus communication protocols.

• Familiarity with other communication protocols is an advantage.

• Practical experience with serial communication interfaces and testing.

• Proven experience in creating and maintaining test plans, test cases, and test reports.

• Experience utilizing Jira or other Quality Management Systems (QMS).

• A Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering is preferred.

• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken Hebrew and English.

• Knowledge of additional languages is beneficial.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, exhibiting excellent attention to detail.

• Capable of working independently while effectively collaborating within a cross-functional engineering team.
