QA Engineer – Manual / Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.

📋 Description

• Perform functional testing and validation of power measurement devices to guarantee product quality and dependability.

• Create, develop, and sustain detailed test plans, test cases, and testing documentation.

• Evaluate test outcomes, detect defects, record findings, and assist in issue investigation and resolution.

• Construct, configure, and uphold testing environments, laboratory apparatus, and testing infrastructure.

• Work closely with hardware and software development teams to facilitate effective product validation throughout the development lifecycle.

• Participate in the ongoing enhancement of testing processes, methodologies, and quality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of practical experience in product testing, verification, or quality assurance.

• Solid hands-on knowledge of communication protocols such as TCP/IP and Modbus; familiarity with other protocols is advantageous.

• Practical experience with serial communication interfaces and testing.

• Established track record in creating and maintaining test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.

• Experience utilizing Jira or other Quality Management Systems (QMS).

• A Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering is preferable.

• Exceptional written and reading skills in both Hebrew and English; proficiency in additional languages is a bonus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a keen eye for detail.

• Ability to operate independently while effectively collaborating within a cross-functional engineering team.
