QA Engineer – Manual / Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Perform functional testing and verification of power measurement devices to guarantee product quality and reliability.

• Create, develop, and sustain detailed test plans, test cases, and testing documentation.

• Evaluate test outcomes, identify defects, document findings, and assist in issue investigation and resolution.

• Construct, configure, and oversee test environments, laboratory equipment, and testing infrastructure.

• Work closely with hardware and software development teams to ensure effective product validation throughout the development lifecycle.

• Aid in the continuous enhancement of testing processes, methodologies, and quality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of practical experience in product testing, verification, or quality assurance.

• Strong hands-on knowledge of communication protocols such as TCP/IP and Modbus; familiarity with additional protocols is advantageous.

• Practical experience with serial communication interfaces and testing.

• Demonstrated ability to create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.

• Experience with Jira or other Quality Management Systems (QMS).

• A Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering is preferred.

• Excellent proficiency in written and reading Hebrew and English; knowledge of other languages is a benefit.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.

• Capable of working independently while effectively collaborating within a cross-functional engineering team.
