QA Engineer – Manual, Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Albania.

📋 Description

• Perform functional testing and validation of power measurement devices to guarantee product quality and reliability.

• Create, develop, and uphold detailed test plans, test cases, and documentation related to testing.

• Evaluate test outcomes, pinpoint defects, document observations, and assist in investigating and resolving issues.

• Construct, configure, and sustain test environments, laboratory apparatus, and testing infrastructure.

• Work collaboratively with hardware and software development teams to ensure effective product validation throughout the development lifecycle.

• Engage in the continuous enhancement of testing processes, methodologies, and quality benchmarks.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in product testing, verification, or quality assurance.

• Strong foundational knowledge of communication protocols such as TCP/IP and Modbus; familiarity with additional protocols is advantageous.

• Practical experience with serial communication interfaces and testing procedures.

• Demonstrated experience in creating and maintaining testing documentation, including test plans, test cases, and reports.

• Experience with Jira or other Quality Management Systems (QMS).

• A bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering is preferred.

• Excellent written and reading skills in Hebrew and English; proficiency in additional languages is considered a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a keen attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating within a cross-functional engineering team.
